You know you are in Thailand when we have pizza to celebrate one of our student's birthdays and then all the kids rush off in excitement with the empty pizza box. Within seconds, they have glue and scissors out and are tearing the box apart into pieces, making robots and airplanes and monsters and all sorts of things. Christy and I were amazed at their enthusiasm about a pizza box. And, although it did leave quite a mess for them to clean up when their parents came, they were so proud of their creative works of art, and it kept them occupied for about an hour and a half!
