The word is Chase looks like Daddy (such a haole boy!), with blond eyebrows, deep sapphire eyes, and Daddy's toes, and Daddy's disgruntled faces when he's angry.
The closest thing that resembles any Asian descent at this point would be Chase's dark hair (He didn't get that blond hair Nana was hoping for.) The most distinct feature that sets him apart as Mommy's baby is that he has a pointy right ear similar to Mommy's pointy right ear.
Other than that, most people think he looks like Chris.
