After getting home late last night, I decided to sleep in and went to 9 am yoga instead. Talked to people about yesterday afternoon's seminar, and heard that it kicked some serious butt. Craig, the Director of Education for Teacher Training, held everyone in poses until they literally fell over and for an extra minute (which in yoga is a lifetime!). Makes you garner a new respect for those teachers that have endured two a day practices for nine weeks during the grueling training. I slept most of the day, cleaned house, and then went grocery shopping with Linh. Made a baked spaghetti and chicken salad, finishing some margarita pie for dessert, while watching a Netflix movie.
Caught up with Robin on more Seattle Schools gossip and men. Happy 30th Birthday to her hubby, Rustin!
